AGENT COMPENSATION PROGRAMS

A. 100% Traditional Program

1 - No desk program - $1025.00 per month
2 - Desk space program - $1,200.00 per month
3 - Semi-private office - $1,400.00 per month
4 - Private office - $1,600.00 per month

B. 100% Transaction Program

1 - First 10 transactions - $750.00 per transaction
2 - Next 10 transactions - $500.00 per transaction
3 - all transactions over 20 - $250.00 per transaction


One time yearly fee - $3,900.00
No desk - no fee Semi-private office - $200. per month
Desk space - $100.00 per month Private office - $400.00 per month

C. 100% Team Leader Program

Team Leader - may choose either of the above programs
--Team Members Fee - $3,900. per year
--Team Members paid based on commission program with Team Leader

D. % Programs

Graduated programs up to 90% based on production
